The objective of this study was to assess the perception of the role of services departments i.e.\nInformation and Communication Technologies (ICTs), library, registry and business office\ntowards the EMBA program. Questionnaires were distributed to students, lecturers and\nadministrators of the EMBA program. Record sampling and direct observations were other\nmethods used to collect data. Responses from the questionnaires were entered into Statistical\nPackage for Social Sciences (SPSS) for analysis. The analysis showed that there is need for\nimproved quality of service in support departments to the EMBA program.
